Hi! I am your child's kindergarten teacher, Brittany Childress. I live in Pearl with my husband, Cory and our two daughters, Layla and Lillie. I also have two dogs, Belle and Beast and I have two chickens and a fish. I am also a Pearl graduate, Class of 2008. Then I went on to Hinds Community college for two years and then graduated with a Bachelors in Science in Education from Mississippi College in 2012. This is my 13th year teaching kindergarten at Pearl Lower. I love my job and I promise to treat your child just as I would want someone to treat my own children. 

My assistant is Ms. Brittany Ware. This is her first year at Pearl Lower as an assistant but she has been at Pearl Upper as an interventionist for three years.  She is awesome at her job and super sweet! We are looking forward to a great school year.
