Hi! My name is Mrs. Leslie Poe and my instructional assistant is Mrs. Nikki Morris. We are so excited about the adventures that are ahead with our new Resource class! Most importantly, we are THRILLED to work with your child this year. It is going to be a fun year full of learning, new adventures, and engaging activities. Teaching is my passion and I absolutely love working with children. It is my personal mission to instill a love for learning in my students, create life-long learners, and to encourage my students to do their best. Below you will find some of our class rules and procedures.
Class Rules:
Follow directions the first time given.
Raise your hand before speaking.
Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
Stay in your assigned area and work quietly.
Be on time with the necessary materials.
Respect others.
*Please send a daily snack with your child. If you would like to send extra snacks for the class, we will greatly appreciate it.
*Please send a change of clothes to school in a ziploc bag. This will be only for the circumstance of an accident.
